We all know the importance of making a Will, but so often during our daily routine there are other matters arising which take precedence. By putting off the event you are at risk of falling into the situation whereby you sadly pass away suddenly, without a will. This is known as "dying intestate" and means that your estate then becomes subject to the Laws of Intestacy.
