The Employment Law Unit, headed by Elizabeth Henry, advises both companies and individuals on all aspects of employment law. This expanding and complicated area of law presents many problems for the employer and employee and specialist advice is needed to negotiate its complexities.
Our Employment Law Unit can assist with negotiating and drafting employment contracts including directors' service contracts and staff policies. Where pension issues, share options and employee benefit schemes arise, we work closely with accountants who have particular skills in this area.
