We are proud to have been invited to become founder members of the Legal Services Commission’s ‘Family Advice and Information Service’ (FAInS) project. This initiative involves experienced Family Law Practitioners developing networks with other relevant providers of advice and referring clients to them (where appropriate) to obtain additional support during a difficult time. In our experience, family-related issues can be linked with other difficulties, whether financial, medical or arising from alcohol and/or substance abuse. Through the FAInS scheme we can offer a sufficiently wide range of referral sources to offer whatever specialist support is required.
