Peter Jones has over 25 years of experience and his primary focus is on family law.
He advises clients in divorce, separation, and co-habitation disputes, assisting them on all issues including the division of financial assets and, where appropriate, pension sharing.

He will represent a parent in disputes over children arising from divorce and co-habitation break-ups. He will also act on behalf of parents or a child if, for example, social services view the child as in need of protection. If domestic violence is threatened or takes place, he will obtain an injunction as quickly as possible. His family law work includes preparing Wills and providing advice on Inheritance Tax.

He also a member of the Children Panel of the Law Society, and of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).
