After qualifying in January 2000 Richard practised with a firm in Sheffield dealing with a range of Private Client, Commercial and Property work. He subsequently focused specifically on the Private Client area, dealing with Wills and Probate, Tax planning and advising the elderly.

Richard joined the Firm in April 2008 and specialises in the setting up of Wills for clients, tailored to their needs, the administration of deceased’s estates, inheritance tax planning, the granting and registration of powers of attorney and advising the elderly regarding the preservation of assets.

Richard recognises that for clients these are often very sensitive and difficult matters, emotionally, to deal with and his aim is to ensure that the process runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
