Elaine joined the firm in 1988 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1993.

Elaine has extensive expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing , including sales , purchases and re-mortgages of both freehold and leasehold property.

Elaine also has a wealth of experience in residential investment property including Buy to Let acquisitions and student lets, planning and advice on Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO’s).

Elaine deals with auction sales and purchases and regularly attends the Eddisons auction.
