Lynne Branchflower
Position: Legal Executive
Lynne is in charge of the Debt Recovery Department and a member of the commercial litigation team.
Lynne receives regular debt collection instructions from both national and local businesses. She undertakes debt collection work for private individuals and for a wide range of business sectors. Lynne regularly attends Courts throughout Yorkshire and has a good relationship with private High Court Enforcement Officers.
Lynne also specialises in residential landlord and tenant work and deals with repossession claims throughout the country having built up a wide range of contacts throughout the country and has established a good working relationship with a number of Court agents.
Lynne also acts on behalf of a number of Management Companies and advises upon all aspects of disputes and debt recovery action in respect of ground rent and service charges including forfeiture action.
