Michael Burke
Position: Managing Partner
Michael is a Member and Joint Managing Partner of the firm.
He has over 20 years experience of both Commercial Property and Corporate and Commercial transactions.
His clients include a major bank and a number of substantial international organisations operating in the UK as well as investors in Yorkshire and elsewhere in the UK, including a number of professional organisations.
Michael has dealt with many multi million pounds transactions relating to both businesses and property. Work has included joint ventures, licences, company and LLP formation and transfer work, leases and a number of sales and purchases of assets in excess of £20 million.
Michael is a member of the ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators – Company Secretaries) and also a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners advising partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships.
