Terry has well over 30 years experience in dealing with civil disputes of all types including personal injury claims, claims by individuals arising out of employment disputes, consumer complaints and also resolving disputes for both businesses and the individual.

Terry is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and has also served as a Local Committee Member of the Legal Services Commission resolving disputes concerning entitlement to public funding.

Terry has successfully handled claims against substantial organizations including government departments and trade unions.
