Andrew is a highly regarded and very experienced debt collection manager with 25 years experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial and consumer debt recovery for a wide range of clients. In addition to assisting corporates with the recovery of unpaid debts, Andrew has worked closely with a number of local authorities throughout the UK assisting them with recovery methods for council tax and business rates. Andrew qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999 and prior to joining Clarion worked with other well known Leeds law firms in a managerial capacity within their debt recovery departments
