James is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer who joined Clarion in November 2008 having spent 15 years previously at Eversheds.

James advises on a wide range of property transactions with particular expertise in residential/mixed use development schemes, secured lending and advising on development schemes for industrial clients. Over recent years, James has advised many high profile development schemes in the region including the award winning mixed use scheme at City Walk, Leeds and the regeneration of Lister Mills, Bradford. James's clients include Urban Splash, Persimmon, Covenant Healthcare and Danoptra.
