Martin Grange

Position: Partner

Martin is the partner in charge of the property team. Prior to joining Clarion in 2005 as partner, Martin has worked with large national practices. He deals with a wide range of property transactions with a particular emphasis on development and investment projects. Martin's clients include Bellway, Redrow, Southdale and McInerney Homes. Martin also acts for a number of substantial leisure operators including Nexum, one of the largest nightclub operators in the country.

Martin attended Sheffield University and then went to the College of Law in Chester before qualifying as a solicitor in 1997.
