Matthew Hattersley

Head of the firm's commercial team, Matthew has a hands-on role to all commercial work that the firm undertakes. As a commercial law specialist, he works exclusively upon commercial matters, ensuring that clients receive the best quality advice in a timely manner.

Having been on secondment three times in his career, including heading up the legal function of a major electrical retailer for a period, Matthew is experienced in giving practical advice that the business can use, whilst also recognising the cost pressures that many clients face.

Matthew joined Clarion in 2010 after 13 years at a major international firm where he was a key part of the commercial and outsourcing teams.
