Head of the corporate and commercial services, Richard deals with all aspects of corporate law and corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, succession planning for businesses, business finance and organisation, shareholder exits and reorganisations. He also deals with a wide range of commercial contract matters.

Richard joined Clarion in 1994, qualified in 1996 and became a partner in 1999. He is recognised in the Legal 500 for his work in corporate and commercial work and Chambers & Partners for corporate and banking work and is a contributor to Gore-Browne on Company Law.
