Sarah has extensive experience in employment tribunal advocacy and specialises in strategic workforce issues providing solution driven advice on corporate transactions. She also advises clients on senior executive severances and delivers value added, bespoke training programmes. Sarah is recognised as a rising star in the Leeds legal community and is recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers.

Sarah specialises in strategic employment law issues such as restructuring, TUPE, outsourcings and redundancies. She represents clients in complex tribunal claims, often involving discrimination issues.

Sarah joined Clarion in 2010 and has over 11 years’ legal experience.
