Colin is experienced in handling all forms of corporate insolvency, focusing primarily on contentious matters, recoveries and investigations. He has managed a number of high profile investigations of fraud for insolvency practitioners and creditors, including HM Customs & Excise. Colin is a licensed insolvency practitioner, achieving the highest marks of any solicitor in the qualifying examinations and has been granted Higher Rights of Audience. Colin is a regular speaker on insolvency related issues and contributes a chapter to Butterworths Insolvency Law Handbook.
