Iain Bowler

Iain is UK head of Commercial, part of the Technology, Media and Commercial (TMC) group. Iain heads up a team of 32 specialist commercial lawyers in the UK. Based in the Leeds office, Iain specialises in all manner of commercial contracts including outsourcings, supply distribution and manufacturing agreements and franchising, as well as joint ventures and strategic partnering arrangements. Iain's experience covers a number industry sectors including manufacturing and distribution, chemicals, transport and sport and leisure. In addition, he advises public and private sector clients on rolling stock procurement, leasing and maintenance transactions. Between 1998 and 2001 Iain was Director of Corporate Finance at Gartland Whalley and Barker plc where he was responsible for the financial and commercial evaluation of acquisition opportunities and for the implementation of acquisitions, flotations and realisations of investments in private and publicly quoted businesses.
