Jonathan Procter
Position: Partner
Jonathan Procter is head of the Leeds Corporate group. He has been a partner in the Corporate group since 1992, having joined the organisation as a newly-qualified assistant in 1987. He has wide experience of both public equity and private equity work including M&A, IPOs, reverse takeovers, secondary issues and other blue book and purple book work as well as MBOs and other private equity-funded M&A transactions. Jonathan is a member of the North East Regional Advisory Group to the London Stock Exchange and the Law Society.
