Neil McLean

Neil has more than 25 years' experience in property and development work. He has been head of the Real Estate group in Leeds since 1993 and was national head of the group for three years before becoming Office Managing Partner in Leeds. Neil's experience comprises acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management, capital raising through sale and leaseback, portfolio restructuring, commercial development and regeneration (including mixed-use town centre), office, retail and edge of town schemes and property-based private finance initiative developments for corporate clients, joint ventures and limited partnerships.
