Catherine specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance for public and private companies, with particular experience of plc work including flotations, rights issues and takeover code work. A partner based in the Sheffield office (and with an office in Leeds), Catherine has been a member of the Corporate group for more than 15 years. During that time, she has acted for clients in a wide range of sectors including IT, telecommunications, transport, utilities, leisure, property and engineering/industrial.
