Nigel specialises in property development acting for developers, landowners, public bodies and financial institutions. He has handled projects concerning town centre redevelopments, edge of centre retail superstores, business parks, leisure schemes, large-scale mineral extraction, infill and restoration and gas exploitation schemes. Nigel has acted for landowners and operators on options, mineral leases, plant site leases, working rights agreements, infrastructure planning and remediation and restoration schemes. He also handles airport related property and landlord and tenant matters.
