Roger Gough

Position: Partner

Roger is a partner in the Technology, Media and Commercial group advising on all forms of commercial contracts including joint ventures, IT agreements, outsourcing, supply, distribution manufacturing, partnering arrangements, collaborations and international trade agreements. He also has extensive experience of corporate acquisitions and disposals for both public and private companies.

Roger regularly advises in both the public and private sector with particular expertise in structuring corporate joint ventures and outsourced service provision.
