Stephen specialises in property development acting for landowners and developers. He is particularly experienced in residential development work including urban regeneration projects and mixed use schemes. His practice also comprises investment sales and purchases, property management work (including advising on landlord and tenant matters in the public, private and charity sectors) corporate support (including advising on property issues in private finance initiative transactions) and acquisitions and disposals for industrial clients.
