Position: Head of Commercial Property

I like to regard myself as someone who has the interests of the local community at heart. The geographical area having expanded from my routes in Bradford to the wider west Yorkshire and North Yorkshire areas.

I pride myself on being able to communicate effectively with both ordinary people and the more ambitious property investors, and to respond appropriately to their different needs.

I was recruited to Eatons to develop the Commercial Property department and head up the Residential section and to have an overview of the Wills, Probate & Trust department.

My main aim is to widen the local relationships with commercial property agents and other professionals dealing with commercial property clients.

I have experience in dealing with large scale residential development sites and again would wish to develop connections with residential developers.
