I qualified as a solicitor in 1991and joined Eatons in June 2012 to head up their Civil Litigation department. My work encompasses a wide range of areas of law, including Commercal and contractual disputes, boundary disputes, contentious probate, property disputes, Landlord and Tenant matters (primarily for Landlords), debt and general consumer problems.

I have over the years gained experience the areas of employment law and matrimonial law.

I am committed to acheiving an excellent outcome for my clients and encourage the resolution of disputes by alternative methods such as mediation where appropriate.

I like to keep my clients fully involved in their case throughout.
