Nick graduated from Hull University in 1969 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1972, being admitted by no less a figure than Lord Denning! He joined the firm in 1972 and became a partner in 1974. Nick was enrolled as a Notary by the then Archbishop of Canterbury in 1980. He is “Speaker Finder” for the Wetherby and District Rotary Club and has been Secretary of Wetherby Business Association (commonly known as Wetherby Chamber of Trade and Commerce) since 1973. Nick is a local conciliation officer and negligence panelist for the Solicitors Complaints Service (which means he investigates complaints of poor service or negligence against other solicitors). Nick is married with a daughter and enjoys reading and tennis.
