Richard Whitaker

Richard studied law at Lancashire Polytechnic. He joined Hellewell Pasley & Brewer in 1994 and became a partner in 1996.
Richard is head of the Litigation Department and is an experienced personal injury lawyer (both claimant and defendant). He specialises in all types of personal injury claims including accidents at work, road traffic accident cases, tripping and slipping and occupiers liability. Richard has also recently qualified as a mediator.
Richard is a an accredited member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury Scheme and a senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Richard is married with 3 children and when he has the time enjoys playing golf and snooker.
