Janet Baker

Position: Partner

Janet leads our Clinical Negligence team. Her specialist team act for Claimants in clinical negligence claims against hospitals, G.Ps, Dentists, Opticians and other health professionals. Janet is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

She has acted in a number of high profile cases including Froggatt v. Chesterfield & North Derbyshire Royal Hospital NHS Trust and Harding and Barnsley District General Hospital NHS Trust, Singh and Others.

Janets particular interest is in birth injury and cases involving wrongful missed and delayed diagnoses of cancer.
