Position: PartnerA solicitor for over eighteen years, Paul has worked in-house for two national firms and for the last eight years been a partner at Keeble Hawson.
Paul deals with work covering the full range of contentious and non-contentious issues. His clients, who he has served loyally for many years, range from small owner managed businesses to plcs.
Paul regularly appears in employment tribunals across the UK and advises on many aspects of employment law – including unfair/wrongful dismissal, race, sex and disability discrimination, redundancy and reorganisation. Food retail is also a specialist area Paul has experience and expertise in.
He believes that partner led involvement with clients at all times and a small, connected team are the real strengths to his team, their excellent service delivery and the reason why his client-base continues to expand.
Paul is a regular contributor of articles to the media and clients. A recent work was the Practical Guide to Disciplinary and Dismissal procedures that addressed the employment law changes from April 6th 2009.
He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Married with two children, Paul’s interests include skiing, running, eating and football.
