Isabel Lloyd-Jones MA (Oxon)
Position: Partner and Head of Litigation
Isabel joined Howells in 1987 having worked previously in Gloucestershire and a Law Centre in Birmingham. Initially Isabel managed a broad caseload but from 1991 specialised in personal injury and from 1993, clinical negligence.
Isabel manages an almost exclusively clinical negligence caseload for Claimants only. Covers a wide range of medical areas including failure to diagnose cancer, cerebral palsy, orthopaedic damage and surgical injury. Caseload includes a number of catastrophic birth injuries both settled and ongoing and has dealt with successfully a number of wrongful birth claims.
