Representing clients who have sustained serious or complex injury, in particular brain and spinal injury, resulting from accidents and assaults. This touches upon not only the recovery of damages but also where appropriate obtaining and arranging for support and rehabilitation tailored to the individual client's needs.

Team manager for brain and spinal injuries in the Sheffield office. Particular expertise in cases where mental capacity may be difficult to establish or in dispute, and cases involving questions of private versus state funded accommodation/care provision.
