Peter heads the family team in Leeds and has been a specialist in family law for over 10 years. Peter has acted for a very wide range of clients in all types of family law cases, often with an international dimension. These include married and unmarried clients in high value financial disputes, often involving business assets, as well as substantial pension cases and trust funds. A member of the Law Society Children Panel and a trained mediator, Peter also deals with complex children cases. He also has considerable experience in drafting pre-marriage contracts, post marriage settlements and cohabitation agreements.
