Acted for the former patients of two psychiatrists Drs Kerr and Haslam who had sexually assaulted their patients in the government ordered inquiry set up to look at how the NHS had managed complaints at the time. The report was published in July 2005.
Over the years have represented hundreds of clients injured in medical accidents or who have been incorrectly diagnosed to their detriment. My special interest is representing children who have suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of obstetric negligence.
