Gareth is a consultant solicitor with Kirbys, having had many years as a corporate and commercial lawyer and senior partner of a substantial West Yorkshire practice. He has wide experience of all commercial matters, with particular reference to company and business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, partnership deeds and corporate restructuring
