Position: Partner - Corporate & Company Law

James Sarjantson is a Commercial & IP partner, specialising in the following areas: commercial contracts, including IT and web contracts, franchise agreements and high value supply contracts, intellectual property rights, i.e. the acquisition, enforcement and exploitation of patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, etc, and corporate/company law, including company/business sales and purchases, equity investments, company share option schemes and shareholder/partnership agreements.

James qualified at Hammonds in 2001 and worked there until leaving in 2007 to set up a new Company/Commercial department at Levi Solicitors LLP. James has also previously spent time working in-house in the legal department at Matalan Retail Ltd.
