Over 20 years’ experience, specialising in Clinical Negligence. Respected member of AVMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panels as well as being on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. With a strong reputation built on her specialist expertise in claims on behalf of brain-damaged infants and claims against solicitors in the mishandling of clinical negligence claims, she is often invited to deal with claims requiring a high degree of sensitivity. Julia Morrill continues to sit as a Deputy District Judge in the West Yorkshire region and is also a past member of the Leeds West Medical Research Ethics Committee and the LSC funding review committee.
