Position: Assistant Solicitor
Assistant solicitor after qualifying in 2004. Previously a trainee solicitor with the firm. Lindsey is a fully accredited Duty Solicitor for police station and court work.
She has gained a reputation as confident advocate and was awarded “Leeds Magistrates’ Court Advocate of the Year” in 2006. Lindsey has dealt with many complex matters whilst specialising in Youth Court work and represented the youngest person in the England to face an application for the imposition of an Anti Social Behaviour Order.
