Marie Johnson

Position: Head of Family Law

Marie works in the family department having rejoined the firm after running her own family departments in two other local firms.

She specialises in divorce and the financial aspects of separation, co-habitation disputes, same-sex disputes, pre-nuptials and domestic violence.

Marie has a wealth of experience and expertise having acted on some high profile cases within the region and offers a sympathetic approach to family law issues. Marie also has expertise in Wills, probate, trusts and court of protection matters and will work alongside the Wills, Trusts and Court of Protection including deputyship applications
