Matt Rodd
Position: Solicitor
Matt is a solicitor in the Residential Property team. He successfully completed his training contract with Levi’s in 2006 and was subsequently offered a full time contract with the firm.
Matt acts in all aspects of residential property transactions including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold interests. He has extensive experience in dealing with new build properties and shared ownership Leases.
Matt’s work covers the full spectrum of the residential property market. He has a wealth of experience in transactions where the value of the property has exceeded one million pounds. He also acts for clients under the Government initiative The Mortgage Rescue Scheme.
