Michelle Levin

Michelle joined the firm in 2001 and is an experienced litigator. She became a Partner at Levi’s in 2007.
Michelle specialises in professional negligence against accountants, surveyors and other professional but with an emphasis on claims against Solicitors. Michelle experience includes defendant work but her focus is predominantly from a claimant perspective whether an individual or a business.
Michelle has a strong commercial litigation background having dealt with numerous business disputes across a wide range of matters including contractual, company and property disputes. Michelle has a commercial and practical approach to litigation with an emphasis on ADR and prides herself on delivering a cost effective, efficient and results based service to her clients.
Michelle is a member of the British Insurance Law Association (BILA) and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).
