Natalie Saunders

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in 2000 at “Magic Circle” firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer having studied law at Magdalen College, Oxford. She is ranked as a notable practitioner of employment law in the 2011 Chambers directory.

Most recently she has been head of the employment team unit and HR Director of a legal practice in North Yorkshire where she succeeded in achieving “Legal 500” recognition for her team.

Natalie can advise clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. She also has a niche specialism in drafting incentive arrangements (from bonus plans to share option schemes) to help employers recruit, retain and motivate staff. She has acted for a number of household name corporate clients but also looks after the needs of individuals.
