Priscilla McCaffrey

Priscilla is a solicitor specialising in non-contentious commercial property law and is the assistant to the Head of the Commercial Property Department.

She acts in both the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, carrying out title reviews and due diligence for large scale transactions and projects. She is well versed in the drafting of commercial leases for Landlord and Tenant clients, to include advice on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

Priscilla advises clients on legal issues arising from day-to-day management of their properties. This includes advising on issues such as rent review, repairing obligations, variation of agreements and assignment/sub-letting of property.

Priscilla acts for a number of developer clients in the set up of large scale residential housing developments as well as all aspects of domestic property transactions.
