Renato obtained his LLB Hons Law with French degree at the University of Hull and a French law diploma at Pierre Mendés University in Grenoble, France.

He joins from Raworths LLP where he worked within the commercial/corporate department advising a number of business clients from SME’s to PLC’s on commercial contracts, sales and acquisitions, business structures & reorganisations, private equity, licensing/IT/IP, share options, franchising and company secretarial.

Prior to Raworths, Renato worked at Eversheds in Leeds.
