Having trained and subsequently qualified at the firm, Richard became a Partner in 2007 and heads up our New Build Residential Conveyancing department.

Richard specialises in all forms of new-build residential property purchase work, including particular expertise in government and developer “shared equity” schemes.

Richard also has a wealth of experience in all forms of residential property work: sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release schemes, and affordable housing schemes.

Across Yorkshire, Richard’s new build property team are recommended by the majority of national housebuilders to their plot buyers, as a result of the success of the department.
