David graduated from Leeds Polytechnic in 1982 and qualified as a solicitor specialising in insolvency law in 1985.
Life in Lupton Fawcett
David joined Lupton Fawcett in 2006 as a Director in the Insolvency and Business Recovery Department which specialises in all aspects of insolvency and business recovery work.
David has over 20 years' experience as an insolvency lawyer including a number of reported cases and Court of Appeal appearances. He has a national reputation for bankruptcy and defendant directors disqualification work as well as a growing reputation in the Yorkshire region for advising on refinancing and restructuring solutions for distressed or insolvent businesses.
David is a member of R3, the Insolvency Lawyers Association and a licensed insolvency practitioner.
