Position: Head of Debt Recovery

I have been working in debt recovery for over 8 years, the last 5 of which have been at Lupton Fawcett. In December 2011 I was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. I now head the debt recovery team at Lupton Fawcett which has been recognised in the Legal 500 2011 as having an "'excellent’ business-focused cash flow services division".

I deal with all aspects of legal debt recovery including issuing county court claims, obtaining judgment and enforcement as well as statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding up petitions. As head of debt recovery I am committed to ensuring my team provides a friendly, professional and discreet service to our clients with a dedicated point of contact responsible for handling all files from beginning to end. I am confident that we have the knowledge and experience to deal with the collection of all types of debt and can also help to resolve queries and disputes with debtors. Our professional approach means clients are often able to retain customers following our involvement should they want to do so.
