Louise became a Partner at Lupton Fawcett in 1999.  She has been a Member and Director of Lupton Fawcett LLP since 2006.

Louise studied law at Emmanuel College, Cambridge.  She completed her legal training at Addleshaw Sons & Latham in Manchester, specialising as an employment lawyer.  In May 1996 she moved across the Pennines to join Lupton Fawcett.

She is listed as a key individual in her field in Chambers UK and the Legal 500.  In recent editions, she has been described as:
