Mike Woffenden
Position: Consultant
Mike is a part-time Consultant in our Trusts, Wills and Estates department.
Mike obtained his law degree at Cambridge University and continued his love of the law by undertaking professional training at Lincolns Inn in London, studying Chancery Law.
Mike later joined a leading Sheffield law firm who specialised in Trusts, Wills and Estates and later became head of that Department.
Mike specialises in Wills, deceased's estates, family trusts, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and Charities.
