Paul was a partner at Lupton Fawcett from 1997 then became a member and director of Lupton Fawcett LLP in 2006.
Paul graduated in Medieval Scottish History from St Andrews then sat law at Edinburgh, qualifying as a solicitor in 1984. Paul then moved to Yorkshire in 1988 and requalified in English law in 1990.
Paul became a mediator through CEDR in 1994 and has carried out in excess of 300 mediations both as a mediator and solicitor.
