Philip Drazen
Position: Director
Between his law degree and qualifying, Philip had a career as a commodity trader in Rotterdam, New York and London, followed by Group MD of a chain of regional fashion outlets, which has given Philip a strong commercial grounding before he requalified to become a lawyer.
Philip's particular areas of legal expertise include dealing with Regulatory Authorities and crisis management.
Philip is recognised as an expert in his field in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
He is the lead Solicitor to the Toy, Gift and Nursery industries.
Philip is also the founder of and Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Club UK Limited since its launch in 2000. The Entrepreneurs Club is established as one of Yorkshire's premier forums for entrepreneurs. Providing investors and entrepreneurs with new and exciting business ideas and contacts and sourcing hard to find equity finance for a broad range of businesses, the Entrpreneurs Club has created a unique 'indurty cluster' for businesses to leverage upon.
